Our Salon Policies
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you and we value your appointment and time with us. We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we just ask for a 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment and helps allow some extra time to rebook our time with another guest. Appointments canceled and not rescheduled within 24-hour notice will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service amount. Our guests who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service amount. We completely understand that emergencies happen that may prevent a 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. In those cases, the management team will determine the service charge. By doing so, we simply take credit card info to hold on file and we do appreciate your understanding.
As for late arrivals, a courtesy we ask that you attend your appointment at the scheduled time. We do understand that at times we may run a bit behind to serve each guest fully. We allow a 10-minute grace period and past that we cannot promise we can get you in as our schedules are booked full, but we will try in our effort to accommodate you.
At Blush Parlour we do not offer refunds on any services. The salon has a redo policy which allows or guests to reschedule their original service within 7 days of their original service, no exceptions for later times. Any services provided outside the original service will be a new service. Any added service to your redo will incur charges and your stylist will let you know, and payment will be expected at checkout. Our stylists take great pride in their work and understand that you may not be satisfied with your service. We love to hear from you if you aren't satisfied and to come up with a redo plan. We want you leaving confident and feeling good about it. We don't take offense by a phone call; we would absolutely like to make it right. We highly recommend a great consultation with your stylist first and pictures to show them to be on the same page. Again, redo's are only offered if contacted right away and within the 7 days of original service.
As far as products go, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer an in-store credit within 10 days of your original purchase. Any hair tools, apparel, accessories, gift sets or sale items will not be refundable or returnable.
Blush Parlour offers gift cards! We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Guests must be present at the time of purchase and to redeem. We don't sell via phone or online at the moment.
